What We Provide
Deserved Care provides non-medical caregiver staffing, focused on safety, supervision, and daily support.
Our caregivers offer non-medical support, including:
Supervision and safety monitoring
Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support with routines such as meals, mobility, and hygiene
Overnight supervision to reduce fall or wandering risk
Observation and communication of concerns to families
We observe and report concerns — medical care remains with licensed providers.
We do not administer medications, provide clinical care, or adjust treatment plans.
What We Do Not Provide
To maintain clarity and safety, Deserved Care does not provide:
Medication administration
Clinical or nursing assessments
Wound care or medical procedures
On-call or open-ended care
Flexible or changing schedules

How Our Services Are Structured
To ensure quality and reliability, services are delivered in defined coverage blocks:
Morning Support: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon / Evening Support: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Overnight Supervision: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Services are:
Short-term (typically 7–21 days)
Private-pay only
Prepaid and scheduled in advance
Non-medical in scope
This structure ensures reliability, predictability, and clear boundaries for families and caregivers.

Morning Support (6 hours): $330/block
Afternoon / Evening (6 hours): $330/block
Overnight Supervision (12 hours): $420/block
